At Aim2Learn we deliver BTEC Level 3 telecommunications across West Yorkshire. We are recruiting for tutors who have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of telecommunications and be able to effectively teach these concepts to students.The role requires:Provide academic support to students by helping them to understand complex concepts, answering questions, and providing feedback on their work.Assess student progress: Evaluate student progress and performance through assignments, and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding of the concepts Communicate effectively with students via email, phone, video conferencing, or in-person meetings to address their questions or concerns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure that the course content remains relevant and up-to-date.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, and provide regular reports to the relevant authorities.Collaborate with colleagues: Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods, share resources, and develop new courses.Overall, our telecommunications tutor are passionate about teaching, have excellent communication skills, and are able to provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their goals.Salary is negotiable depending on telecommunications / teaching experience.
