About the Role
As a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you will work within a warehouse environment as part of the cleaning and waste team.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning and tidying across warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens.
- Dusting, mopping, emptying bins, and cleaning restrooms/toilets.
- Waste disposal management.
- Using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and products.
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept safe, clean, and well‑maintained.
- Responding quickly to client call‑outs when required.
- Following all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience (warehouse or industrial setting desirable).
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team and flexibly.
- Aware of Health & Safety standards (training provided).
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
