We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who manufacture and distribute electrical, mechanical, and safety infrastructure solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Press Setter/Operator to support our continued growth and help us deliver high-quality infrastructure products to our customers. If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and operate power presses and associated equipment
  • Assemble products and frames according to engineering drawings
  • Achieve production targets and report any issues affecting performance
  • Maintain responsibility for the quality of all parts produced
  • Accurately complete all relevant production and quality documentation
  • Uphold excellent 5S housekeeping standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as required

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, working 2 week rotating pattern:

  • Week 1, Monday to Thursday 6am- 2pm & Friday 6am-1pm
  • Week 2, Monday to Thursday 2pm- 10pm & Friday 1pm-8pm

Hourly pay rate - £12.21 per hour, plus 22% shift allowance.
