Who Were Looking For Were seeking a skilled Roll Forming Machine Operator on behalf of one of our clients to support their growing production team. If you have hands-on experience in roll forming and are looking for a role where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are key, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What Youll Do
- Set and operate roll forming machines, presses, and ancillary equipment
- Manufacture components to the correct output rate and report any issues impacting performance
- Take full responsibility for the quality of produced parts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and quality records
- Uphold strong 5S workplace organisation standards
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols
- Carry out additional duties as required

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, 3 week rotating pattern (may vary).
Week 1: Monday–Thursday 6am–2pm; Friday 6am–1pm.
Week 2: Monday–Thursday 2pm–10pm; Friday 1pm–8pm.
Week 3: Sunday to Wednesday 10pm–6am; Thursday 10pm–5am.
Hourly pay rate – £13 per hour plus 22%/25% shift allowance.
