As a Die Caster, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining die-casting machines to produce metal components with high precision and quality. You will work closely with our production team to ensure efficient and smooth operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate die-casting machines, ensuring proper settings for each production run.
- Monitor the casting process and adjust parameters as needed to ensure the highest quality.
- Inspect and measure casted parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain and clean equipment and tools regularly to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the production area follows safety standards and practices.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Record production data and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
- Proven experience as a Die Caster or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong knowledge of die-casting processes, materials, and equipment.
