We are a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care. We operate from purpose-built clinics in Wembley, Joondalup, and Canning Vale. You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

We’re excited to be launching a new Positive Behaviour Support service and we’re looking for experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred outcomes. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping a service that truly makes a difference in the lives of the children we support. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your expertise while continuing to grow professionally. You’ll develop your skills with the guidance of experienced clinicians and receive structured mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support NDIS participants along with their families and carers to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Assist in developing and delivering evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans for individuals within a complex support space.
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using PBS framework, with a commitment to reducing and eliminating restrictive practices across home and community settings.
  • Ensure all plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths.
  • Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
  • Current suitability - confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - at the Core level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Solid experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
