We’re growing our AIM Smarter team across the US and UK, and we’re looking for commercial operators who want to build long-term careers with us in the promotional products industry.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The promotional products industry is at an inflection point. Distributors and suppliers are looking for new ways to grow, and AIM enables them to do just that. We need commercial operators who can build real relationships at pace and turn them into recurring revenue.

THE MISSION:

  • Build a pipeline of new promotional product distributors joining AIM
  • Sell visibility into promotional product suppliers
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end; prospect, build, pitch, close, expand
  • Represent AIM at industry events and every room that matters
  • Build a recurring revenue base that grows under your name

YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

  • You already know the industry, or you’ve sold SaaS/media into a relationship-heavy vertical and you learn fast
  • You can hold your own at a distributor dinner and still hit a weekly pipeline cadence
