Aim Sky High Talent Ltd (ASH) is a talent management company representing top-tier talent, models, and influencers from diverse backgrounds across the UK. Our agencies include: ASH Talent Juniors, ASH Talent Management, ASH Talent Digital, and The Purpose Agency. We specialise in talent management, brand partnerships, and social media strategy, helping creators and brands form authentic and impactful connections.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Model Booker located in Manchester. The Model Booker will be responsible for managing talent and client relationships, booking models for various assignments, collaborating with photographers and stylists, conducting casting calls, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Model Booker will maintain and update talent portfolios and profiles, as well as develop and implement marketing strategies to contribute to the growth of the agency’s presence—both online and offline; working closely with our existing team.
- Kids Division (Business As Usual)
- Managing bookings and castings from start to finish, including negotiating rates and contracts
- Liaising with clients, parents/guardians, and talent
- Maintaining and updating all talent documentation and profiles
- Ensuring all paperwork, licensing and compliance is in order
- Being a friendly but professional point of contact for both talent and clients
- Keeping internal systems (e.g. Tagmin, Spotlight, Media Slide) updated
- Sourcing and scouting exciting new adult talent
- Building and nurturing relationships with models, creatives, and brands
- Leading on outreach, networking, and in-person scouting when needed
- Suggesting talent for campaigns and managing their bookings
- Ability to collaborate with photographers and stylists
- Helping shape and grow our adult division's roster and brand reputation
- Supporting with creative ideas and content for social media and the website
- Contributing to online presence, tone, and brand visibility
- Using Canva and WordPress (or willingness to learn) for visual and web-related updates
- General admin including invoicing via Xero, receipts via Dext, and ongoing team support
You’ll Need to Be:
- Experienced in a similar booking, casting, or agency role
- Organised, efficient, and great at multitasking under pressure
- A confident communicator who builds strong rapport with both talent and clients
- Personable and professional – especially when working with kids and their families
- Passionate about discovering new talent with a strong creative eye
- Tech savvy – especially with Tagmin, Spotlight, Microsoft Office, and Canva
- A team player with ideas and initiative – always willing to jump in and help
- Experience with WordPress, Media Slide, Xero, and Dext is a bonus but not essential.
