Are you an experienced Trade Compliance professional ready to take ownership of global compliance across import/export, VAT, and logistics? We’re looking for someone who can ensure the smooth and compliant movement of goods worldwide, while supporting strategic growth across EMEA.
This is a key role that sits at the heart of our global operations — advising on customs procedures, trade structures, and best practices to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance at every stage.
What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee import and export compliance across all regions.

Ensure VAT compliance across the EMEA group.
*
Manage invoice compliance and trading structures.
*
Provide audit support and maintain readiness for internal and external reviews.
*
Oversee and advise on customs clearance procedures and import/export processes.
*
Collaborate across logistics, finance, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement in compliance practices.
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in trade compliance within a global manufacturing or logistics environment.
*
Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
*
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, VAT, and customs procedures.
*
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
*
Proactive, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
*
Fluent in English (Polish or other European languages are a plus).
*
Confident representing the business externally with suppliers and partners.
