Telesales Executive Experience & Background
- Prior experience in office-based outbound sales
- Confident telephone manner with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust
- Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Experience handling a high volume of calls
- Comfortable maintaining and updating customer databases
- Exposure to working closely with senior sales professionals and learning through collaboration
- Strong verbal communication skills essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid overall computer literacy
- Confident speaker with a clear, professional, and engaging phone voice
Salary: Up to £25,000 (based on experience) + Uncapped earnings potential
Commission: Based on a percentage of deal profit
