This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two projects are the same. You’ll oversee technology and digital initiatives from concept to completion, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing

Project Coordination – Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple technology initiatives.

Delivery Management – Manage budgets, scope, and timelines while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Risk & Quality Control – Identify risks, resolve issues, and oversee testing, QA, and documentation.
*
Digital Content Management – Maintain and optimise digital content across multiple CMS platforms; perform content updates, checks, and reporting.
*
Technology Service Management – Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, liaise with vendors, and manage service continuity.
*
Technical Documentation – Create and oversee Statements of Work (SOW) and maintenance agreements.
What We’re Looking For
