Aim Search are excited to be partnered with a Global Retail Design Agency who partner with global brands to activate retail experience campaigns and are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager in the creative agency/retail space.

As Production Project Manager, you will have responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. We’re looking for someone who can own the entire project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand, develop and own the project plan including project outcome, scope, timeline and resources required
  • Own and manage the project budget including cost estimates and tracking of expenses to ensure the project is delivered within budget
  • Lead all client communications for the project liaising closely with the account management team
  • Building and maintaining strong positive working relationships both internally and externally

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of production project management in the Retail Display industry
  • A thorough understanding of design and production processes, materials and resource conditions (retail fixture fabrication experience; POP, SIS and display fixtures)
  • Understanding of commercial procurement and supply chain management skills
  • Experience providing and negotiating client quotations in line with project budgets
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
  • An understanding of warehouse and inventory stock management
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.

Package on offer:

  • Attractive starting salary £35,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Hybrid working (minimum two days per week on-site)
  • Minimum 25 holidays per annum increasing with length of service (plus bank holidays)
