Shift Patterns: Early / Late / Night

We are looking for an experienced Print Finisher to join our client\’s fast-paced commercial production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated Print Finisher who can produce high-quality finished products accurately, safely, and on time.

The ideal Print Finisher will be confident working across multiple finishing assets, mechanically minded, and committed to maintaining excellent standards of quality and efficiency.

Purpose of the Print Finisher Role

To produce high-quality finished products in line with job instructions, working flexibly across all trained assets, while adhering to company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.

Available Shift Patterns

* Early: 06:00 – 14:00

* Late: 14:00 – 22:00

* Night: 20:30 – 06:00 (4-night pattern)

Key Responsibilities

* Operate, set up, adjust, and monitor print finishing equipment.

* Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.

* Perform regular quality checks to ensure output is accurate and error-free.

* Respond promptly to any production issues.

* Follow the company’s Quality Control manual and processes.

* Spot-check work to maintain consistent quality standards.

* Complete campaign schedules on time and in full.

* Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues on job progress.

* Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all equipment. xiskglj

* Comply with ISO standards, company policies, and all Health & Safety rules.

Required Experience for ther Print Finisher:

* Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial print finishing environment

* Hands-on experience operating:
– Stahl folding machines
– Müller Martini stitching lines
– Polar guillotines (or similar equipment)
