Aim Search are partnered with one of the most prestigious Print & Communications companies in the UK who can offer excellent progression opportunities within the business, and this his is an exciting opportunity to join their talented Client Services team as an Account Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for all clients. Based at their East London site, the ideal Account Manager will have a strong background in client relationship management to fulfil the purpose of the role, ensuring exceptional service, timely delivery of projects, and high-quality standards in all aspects of print and direct mail production – The Account Manager must have some form of Direct Mail knowledge, you will need to understand data formats and how data processing needs to be applied to output. Paper sizes, Printing Methods, Postage products etc. In depth knowledge is not a must, but definitely someone that has background knowledge and familiarity with the terms, know the questions to ask and the potential pitfalls. A bit more about the Account Manager opportunity: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary contact for all inquiries, concerns, and project updates. * Oversee the full project lifecycle for print and direct mail campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and quality control. * Prepare detailed quotes where required with support from commercial team members, ensuring that all client needs are met within budgetary constraints. * Process and track client orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, data processing, postage, and logistics, to meet client expectations. * Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, proactively finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success. * Ensure that all final products meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Work with production teams to review and approve proofs, samples, and final print runs.
