We’re looking for an experienced Print Finisher / Digital Print Operator to join a busy, high-quality small format print team based in Dartford. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with strong finishing skills, a technical mindset, and great attention to detail. You’ll be part of a collaborative team producing a range of small format and short-run digital print projects — ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Polar Guillotine
- Operating Morgana PowerSquare 224
- Running a litho head feeding laminator
- Carrying out finishing tasks such as creasing, folding, collating, padding, wire binding, trimming, and gluing
- Maintaining excellent quality control throughout production
- Supporting smooth daily workflow within a friendly and reliable team
About You:
- Proven experience in small format or digital print finishing
- Confident operating finishing equipment (e.g. Polar, Morgana)
