Aim Search are partnered with a an innovative, client-first provider of digital print and document management services. They are seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to join our client\’s expanding team and play a key role in growing our customer base, nurturing relationships, and delivering strategic sales success.
What You’ll Be Doing as Business Development Manager / Sales Executive:
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline using a mix of outbound activity, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Conduct client discovery meetings to understand print infrastructure needs, pain points, and opportunities for value-add.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, working closely with pre-sales and technical teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company objectives and profit margins.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the print and document solutions sector.
What We’re Looking For
