We're looking for a well‑rounded print finisher who can run guillotine/cutting (Polar/Wohlenberg), folding machines (MBO) and stitching machines (Muller). This is a genuinely broad role for someone who can operate confidently across all three.
If you're an experienced, well‑rounded operator who'd value coming off double‑days permanently in exchange for taking on that standard‑setting role, we'd like to hear from you. This isn't a given for every applicant – it depends on finding the right person – but it's a genuine option worth raising at interview if it interests you.
Shift pattern: This role is double‑day shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 2:00 pm, or 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm
What we're looking for:
- Solid working knowledge of commercial print finishing
- Confident running a guillotine (Polar/Wohlenberg), MBO folder and Muller stitching machine
- Strong candidates with two of these three skills will also be considered, at a lower rate
- Reliable, accurate, and able to work to production deadlines
Pay and benefits: £30,000 – £35,000+ for a cut/fold/stitch operator, negotiable depending on experience.
