The Role:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our new business wins and growing our client base across both private and public sectors. This role focuses on new business development, lead generation and driving sector diversity. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will contribute to our ambitious growth goals by building strong relationships, crafting winning pitches, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by sourcing emerging markets, identifying new leads, and nurturing new client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to meet strategic goals.
- Lead on new tenders, pitches and proposals, whilst aligning innovative solutions with client needs.
- Attend introductory sales meetings, network at events, and maintain CRM records (HubSpot).
You Will Be:
- A confident, proactive self-starter with 5+ years of proven success in print management solutions or production background selling into larger clients and corporates as well as contractual.
- An excellent communicator, able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who excels in building new relationships, finding new and exciting opportunities, and closing deals.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales prospecting techniques.
- Tenacious, highly motivated, and committed to delivering results in a competitive sales environment.
