Aim Recruitment is recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our client based in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record working in a young people's home for a new challenge within a beautiful 5-bed children's home and bringing your skills and knowledge to the table!

The home specialises in supporting young people ages 11-18 years that have Learning Disabilities. Being a proactive member of the management team that can perform well on the floor supporting their staff with the young people and being able to complete care documents and risk assessments to a high standard. Make a house a home for all the young people to improve their everyday living to be fun and full of joy!

Having the opportunity to work with an excellent provider that prides itself on its proven track record with all homes across the country having all Good to Outstanding Ofsted Reports.

Requirements
  • 3 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of young people (children)
  • 2 years in a role supervising and managing staff.
  • NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young Peoples workforce.
  • Most of all, professional but personal individuals that can improve the lives of each young person within the home to the best of their abilities.

Competitive Salary up to Β£35,840 (including sleep-ins). Supportive Regional Manager that is easily contactable and hands-on. Training and Career progression with the chance to undergo your Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification.
