Aim Recruitment is recruiting for a Care Leaving Support worker for our client based in Flint. This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a Care Leaving Support worker supporting individuals aged 16-25 with their day-to-day lives, with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
Job Role
- Supporting individuals to live their day-to-day lives.
- Provide a caring, supportive and nurturing environment in which young people or individuals can retain their independence in their own home or move to independence.
- Support consists of practical and emotional assistance and working with partnership organisations to contribute to a holistic plan of care.
- Ensuring the company’s policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.
- Availability to work shifts within the homes rota.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving licence.
- Previous experience desired but not essential.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- To be able to adapt well to challenging and changing situations.
