As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision. You will create positive relationships with the young people (children), meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times. Being a senior within a home you will give guidance and support to all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager of the performance and needs of everyone.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- At least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
- A valid UK driving licence.
Salary: Between £26,800 - £30,500 (Dependant on sleep-ins).
