Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Hemsworth. This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a Senior Support Worker and support Young People with their day-to-day lives with a fantastic company.
Job Role
- Make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision.
- Create positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to all support workers while communicating the performance and needs to the Registered Manager.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- At least 2 years experience in Residential Childcare working alongside young people.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary between £26,800 - £30,500 (dependent on sleep‑ins).
