Position Details

  • Location: Derby/Hybrid (minimum 2 days in Derby office)
  • Salary range: ÂŁ30,092 to ÂŁ33,499 FTE
  • Contract: Permanent, full time (36.5 hours per week)
  • Closing Date: Monday 9 February 2026 at 9 am

About the Role

We are looking for a creative marketer to showcase what we do and support the Head of Business Growth and Marketing.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate marketing activities to support our Business Development teams
  • Manage digital channels – from social media to email campaigns
  • Optimise SEO to boost online visibility
  • Create engaging content that strengthens our brand
  • Play an active role in the organisation and running of events

Experience and Knowledge

  • Marketing coordination and digital marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of social media, SEO and analytics

  • Ability to manage a range of internal and external relationships
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Problem‐solving skills
