Aim Museums at Didcot Railway Centre in Didcot invites applications for a Museum Director to lead the organisation, drive strategic growth and secure the long-term sustainability of this nationally significant heritage site.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will oversee a senior team across commercial activity, visitor experience, railway operations, curatorial work, restoration, infrastructure and business support, while guiding the Historic Engine Shed Project to meet funder principles.
