Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft is seeking an experienced consultant or small consultancy to design a three-year action-research and business-planning programme. The project aims to test hypotheses for a radically different operating model, with extensive initial stakeholder consultation and a fully costed, timeline-backed plan to secure funding for implementation.
The consultant will design the programme and its evaluation framework, but will not manage implementation.
