Due to continued growth and exciting plans for the future, we are looking for a driven, experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and be accountable for projects as directed.
  • Engage, communicate and liaise with the Contracts Manager, client, sub‑contractors and other trades as required to deliver the project.
  • Ensure that contracts are in full compliance with health and safety and environmental legislation as well as with AIM policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that quality is at the forefront of our operations.
  • Monitor progress against the works programme and agreed specification and manage the impact of additional work or delays.
  • Ensure the most effective and efficient use of resources on the contract and any subsequent recovery.
  • Manage the on‑site aspects and influences on expenditure against allowances.
  • Ensure approval has been sought for any or all variations to the contracts as a whole and with sub‑contractors.
  • Set targets and programmes in line with the overall requirements of the project for materials and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for a forward‑thinking, driven individual who will take control and deliver results. There will be an expectation for you to develop, implement and embed processes and procedures to contribute to the success of the business. The position will be based in Emsworth but you will be required to visit sites as appropriate and therefore a full driving licence is required.
