You will be working alongside experienced colleagues, suppliers, and customers to help drive long-term business success. As a Graduate Procurement Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement team’s day-to-day operations while developing your commercial and strategic skills in a hands-on environment. Graduate Procurement Executive Key Responsibilities * Support the procurement team in building and maintaining strong, transparent relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders * Assist with pricing, product availability, quality control, and cost management * Help coordinate international sourcing activities across multiple product categories * Take part in supplier performance tracking, reviews, and occasional site visits * Contribute to continuous improvement projects and procurement best practices * Work closely with senior team members on strategic procurement initiatives Graduate Procurement Executive Key Requirements * A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field * Previous experience, including a placement year in Fresh Food, FMCG, or Fresh Produce sectors, in a procurement, buying, or supply chain environment * A genuine interest in procurement, Fresh Produce, Food, or fast-paced commercial environments * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team setting * Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Excel This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive team where you will gain valuable exposure to both operational and strategic procurement.
