Global Auditing Manager – Fresh Produce

As Global Auditing Manager, you will lead supplier audits worldwide, support corrective action plans, and ensure compliance across multiple countries. You will have the autonomy to influence standards, strengthen supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Global Auditing Manager Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct supplier audits across food safety, ethical trade, and environmental compliance
- Support corrective action plans and implement sustainable improvements
- Maintain audit schedules, report findings, and prepare sites for inspections
- Conduct risk assessments for high-risk suppliers and analyse trends to prevent issues
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams across multiple regions
Global Auditing Manager Key Requirements
- Proven auditing experience in food safety, ethical, or compliance standards
- Knowledge of international and UK food safety and ethical standards
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
