Lead Social Impact Within a Leading Fresh Produce Group An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager to join a successful, values-led Fresh Produce Group that places responsible sourcing at the heart of its operations. This role is ideal for a professional committed to promoting human rights and fairness across complex, global supply chains. Role Overview As part of the wider responsible sourcing team, you will lead on identifying, assessing, and managing human rights risks across the supply base. Supporting proactive supplier engagement, lead improvement programmes, and contribute to positive, lasting social impact, with a focus on transparency, trust, and measurable progress. Ethical Trade and Human Rights Manager Key Responsibilities Champion ethical trade and human rights policies across the business and supplier base Monitor compliance, analyse audit trends, and support corrective actions Conduct supply chain risk assessments and on-site visits, including accommodation checks Engage suppliers and certification bodies to resolve issues and build capability Lead and support social impact initiatives, remediation efforts, and grievance evaluations Stay informed on evolving legislation and contribute to human rights strategy deliveryEthical Trade and Human Rights Manager Key Requirements Strong knowledge of international human rights standards (e.g. ETI Base Code, ILO, UNGPs) Proven analytical skills, including root cause analysis and improvement planning Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and handling complex data sets Confident user of SEDEX and other ethical trade platforms Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisation and project management skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and stakeholders Experience in Fresh Produce or international Food supply chains, and/or multilingual communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity for an ethical trade professional to influence and drive change within a business that actively invests in sustainability and supply chain transparency.
