We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production and warehouse operations within a dynamic Fresh Produce business. This is your chance to lead high‐performing teams, optimise processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.
In this role, you will manage daily operations, monitor performance, and implement improvements that make a real impact. You will also champion a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and continuous improvement, supporting both your teams and the wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead production and warehouse teams, ensuring targets, quality, and compliance are consistently met
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and resource optimisation
- Develop, mentor, and engage teams to build a high‐performing and collaborative culture
- Maintain food safety standards and collaborate with Quality Assurance to protect product integrity
- Oversee operational performance, budgets, and key business metrics, reporting to senior leadership
- Proven operational management experience, in Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Food production
- Experience in managing budgets and applying effective management practices across operations
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and approachable style
- Commercially aware with excellent problem‐solving and organisational skills
