Key Responsibilities

  • Support packhouse QC operations, covering Quality Manager tasks when required
  • Maintain product specifications, supplier approvals, and due diligence documentation
  • Produce and manage customer reports, benchmarking insights, and non-conformance updates
  • Conduct site audits, GMP checks, inductions, and manage internal quality issues
  • Collaborate across Quality, Commercial, and Procurement teams to maintain high standards
  • Liaise with customers on product performance or escalated technical matters

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Fresh Produce technical or quality roles (fruit and vegetables)
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, QMS, BRCGS, and customer specifications
  • Practical, hands-on, and confident working across multiple functions
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to training and developing further in a multi-functional role
  • Spanish language desirable
  • Driving Licence required

Flexibility is required to respond to the needs of the business and ensure high standards are maintained.
