Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the performing arts? Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious Account Executive to join their commercial team and help grow advertising revenue across a leading performing arts media platform.
This role focuses on winning new business, re-engaging previous clients, and building strong relationships with advertisers and agencies. You'll be responsible for promoting a range of advertising and promotional opportunities across digital and print channels, helping clients connect with audiences across the performing arts sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Create compelling sales proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using CRM systems.
- Deliver timely follow-up on advertising enquiries and leads via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of advertising products, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues across sales and other internal teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or a related commercial environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and commercial awareness.
- An interest in theatre, live entertainment, or the wider performing arts sector is highly desirable.

Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid working model , with a minimum of three days per week in their London SE1 office and flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Normal working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm , with occasional evening and weekend attendance required for industry events.
