- Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritising opportunities, features, and enhancements based on customer insight, business goals, technical feasibility, and available capacity.
- Discovery, Research & Validation: Lead product discovery with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs, test assumptions, and validate opportunities before significant delivery investment.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate consideration is given to data quality, governance, security, and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
- Performance & Monitoring & QA: Define and track success measures for product initiatives, pilots, and releases, using qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform iteration, prioritisation, and future product direction.
Key Skills & Experience:

- Experience working in ambiguity and helping shape early-stage products, propositions, or new initiatives.
- Ability to translate user, market, and business insight into clear priorities and practical delivery plans.
