The role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Consultant.
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, driven Account Manager with a talent for storytelling and a sharp editorial eye. You will lead day-to-day client relationships, shape personal PR strategies and manage campaigns that combine traditional media with the latest digital trends.
The ideal candidate is proactive, a collaborative team player, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. They thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt easily to change, and are committed to producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic PR campaigns for leaders, founders, and brand clients.
- Develop and deliver high-quality thought leadership articles, pitches, podcast scripts, social media posts, comment pieces, profiles, and media interviews.
- Manage personal and corporate reputations across press, speaking opportunities, and digital platforms.
- Secure media coverage in national, international, and sector-specific publications.
- Build and maintain strong journalist relationships across relevant sectors.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery, including content calendars, media outreach, and reporting.
- Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards across all output.
- Contribute to pitch development and new business opportunities.
- Work with the senior team to grow existing business, win new clients, network for leads, develop opportunities, and cultivate relationships with existing clients where appropriate.

You bring a thoughtful, strategic approach to building and protecting reputations. You are comfortable navigating sensitive situations and may have exposure to crisis communications or digital thought leadership. Whether writing for LinkedIn, social media, websites, blogs, or podcasts, you craft compelling content that aligns with a client’s voice and goals.
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a PR agency, with a strong focus on personal PR, strategic communications, or executive and leadership positioning.
- A solid academic foundation with a minimum 2:1 degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work or press coverage to showcase your ability.
- A confident communicator, experienced in managing client relationships and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong media instincts and a proven track record of securing high-quality coverage across top-tier publications.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of culture and is not afraid to jump in wherever needed.
