About The Role

As a Social Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your Duties Include

  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Food shopping
  • Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

  • Travel Requirements: full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance.
  • Right to Work: must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
  • Can work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
  • Good English communication skills.
