Location: Across Falkirk and Stirling (you will be required to work in both areas)

Salary: £13.45 per hour, plus paid mileage. Additional benefits include employer pension scheme, consistent shift patterns and weekly pay.

About the Role

As a Children and Young Adults support worker, you will provide person‑centred care to children and young adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Personal care
  • Meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Light household tasks
  • Social visits – such as attending college, day centres, shopping, etc.
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Full training provided – no experience needed

Requirements

  • Travel – full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
  • Good English communication skills

  • Care Assistants, Support Workers, Carers, HCA, Health Care Assistants or NHS experience
  • Retain or other non‑health experience – retail sales, customer service, hairdressing, reception, administration, cleaning, warehouse work, delivery drivers, etc.
