About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs from inception through to completion, ensuring value for money while supporting the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
  • Working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
