We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency on site.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee site operations from start to finish, coordinating resources, managing teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline site processes and improve performance (KPIs)
  • Manage resources, materials, deliveries, and site logistics efficiently and safely
  • Schedule, supervise, and support on-site personnel while promoting high morale and safe working practices
  • Ensure quality standards are met and full compliance with legal, contractual, and Health & Safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, weekly reports, and photographic records
  • Liaise with clients and their representatives throughout the project, managing snagging works and final handovers
  • Identify opportunities to support and contribute to the company’s growth strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EWI, Rendering, and Roofing works
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Valid certifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aider, Asbestos Awareness
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Commitment to company Health & Safety policies and procedures
