AILN is seeking a Personal Assistant / Support Worker (P/T) in Stewarton to support a teenage boy with Autism and PDA. Hours are variable (4–12 hrs per week), Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, with early start 8am and latest finish 6pm.
Mileage costs are covered by the employer when travelling for work-related tasks. You will assist with social activities, support in the family home, and gradually enable community access while maintaining confidentiality and building trust.
