Utilities Analyst £35,000 – £40,000 + Bonus & benefits Are you a detail-oriented and analytically minded accounts professional that’s looking for a new role in an analytical capacity within a large business locally? We’re recruiting for a Utilities Analyst to join a leading retail business locally in a newly created position. The leader in its field, with continuous plans for acquisitions ~ Focused on sustainability with an excellent culture and environment The Role: The Utilities Analyst will lead on the resolution of utility invoice discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of utility data across systems. This role involves working closely with utility suppliers, distribution network operators and internal teams to identify, track and resolve billing issues. Retain relationships with dedicated supplier account managers, especially during transitions between suppliers, to avoid reliance on generic call centres Escalate issues appropriately to maintain service quality and continuity. Collaborate closely with colleagues such as the other Utilities Manager to ensure alignment and data integrity Maintain accurate, clean, and reliable data to support ongoing validation and reporting Exceptional attention to detail, able to spot and investigate anomalies in data Strong Excel with the ability to interpret large datasets.
