About the Role
We are a well-funded, AI-led sports technology company hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new sportsbook operator partnerships across Europe. This is a hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, complex enterprise selling, and taking products from first conversation through to signed contract and go-live. This role is not account-management heavy.
What You’ll Be Selling
- AI-powered, real-time sports engagement and decision-support products that:
- Are embedded directly into sportsbook user journeys
- Operate across pre-match and in-play betting
- Are sold as enterprise B2B technology partnerships
- Require consultative, solution-led selling in regulated environments
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end new business acquisition with licensed sportsbook operators
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery → solution shaping → negotiation → contract → launch
- Build senior relationships with Heads of Sportsbook, Trading, Product, CRM, and Commercial teams
- Structure and negotiate sportsbook-aligned commercial models (licensing, revenue share, hybrid)
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to co-create operator-specific use cases
- Navigate multi-stakeholder, regulation-aware sales cycles
- Maintain accurate pipeline ownership and revenue forecasting

- Signing new sportsbook operators
- Taking products live with paying customers
- Building a strong, qualified enterprise pipeline
Mandatory Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience in sports betting / iGaming
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition with sportsbook operators
- Experience selling sportsbook technology, data-led, or real-time products
- Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, trading environments, and regulated markets
- Comfortable owning complex, technical, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with Tier-1 or Tier-2 sportsbook operators
- Experience selling embedded (non-standalone) products
- Exposure to multiple regulated sports betting jurisdictions
- Background in AI, personalisation, or real-time engagement solutions
