We are a well-funded, AI-led sports technology company hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new sportsbook operator partnerships across Europe. This is a hunter role focused on new logo acquisition, complex enterprise selling, and taking products from first conversation through to signed contract and go-live. This role is not account-management heavy.

AI-powered, real-time sports engagement and decision-support products that:

  • Operate across pre-match and in-play betting
  • Are sold as enterprise B2B technology partnerships
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery → solution shaping → negotiation → contract → launch
  • Build senior relationships with Heads of Sportsbook, Trading, Product, CRM, and Commercial teams
  • Structure and negotiate sportsbook-aligned commercial models (licensing, revenue share, hybrid)
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder, regulation-aware sales cycles
  • Build a strong, qualified enterprise pipeline

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience in sports betting / iGaming
  • Experience selling sportsbook technology, data-led, or real-time products
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, trading environments, and regulated markets
  • Comfortable owning complex, technical, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Experience selling embedded (non-standalone) products
  • Exposure to multiple regulated sports betting jurisdictions
