Responsibilities

- You’ll take full ownership of hiring across the company—designing hiring strategies, building pipelines, and making sure every candidate’s experience is smooth, fast, and engaging
- Own full-cycle hiring across different roles
- Partner with hiring managers

- Facilitate a smooth onboarding
Qualifications
- Proactive, organized, and a self‑starter
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑growing tech startup
- Proven experience sourcing globally and hiring for technical roles
