We're looking for a hands‐on Sales Director to lead and scale our EMEA Mid‐market commercial team. You'll be responsible for managing and coaching a team of a maximum of 9 Account Executives across the region. This is not a pure management role. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, help close strategic deals, improve processes, and raise the bar across the entire sales organisation. You'll work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership to help Aikido continue its rapid growth across Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid Market Account Executives in EMEA
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across the region
- Improve outbound, inbound, and sales execution process
- Support reps on strategic and complex deals
- Build a high-performance and high-accountability sales culture
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth on the GTM initiative
- Hire, onboard, and develop top commercial talent
- Forecast accurately and manage sales performance metrics
Job requirements
- Proven experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams
- Experience managing commercial Account Executives
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, CRM workflows, and pipeline management
- Very tech‐savvy and comfortable selling technical products
- Strong coaching and people management skills
- Self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐growing startup environment
