Требования:
- Proven experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams
- Experience managing commercial Account Executives
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, CRM workflows, and pipeline management
- Strong coaching and people management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable selling technical products
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-growing startup environments
- Fluent in English
- Lives in Ghent or London
