We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our rapidly growing family owned SME. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to work with a forward thinking senior management team to truly make this role their own. You will be expected to oversee all aspects of financial management including, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and will play a pivotal role in producing insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision making.
Responsibilities:
- You will be required to lead, support and further develop a small finance team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting to enhance overall gross margin and operational transparency.
- Overseeing day to day finance operations including VAT, reconciliations, payables/receivables.
