As a Test Automation Engineer within Aiimi Software, you will play a key role in ensuring our platforms, applications, and data products meet the highest standards of reliability, stability, and operational quality. You will work closely with engineers and delivery stakeholders to design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions across our internal Workplace AI platform and supporting products. You’ll help drive quality-focused engineering practices, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and champion automation throughout the software delivery lifecycle. This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex testing challenges, improving engineering quality, and contributing to scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in software testing or test automation engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with modern test automation tooling such as Playwright, Cypress, Gauge, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and automated quality gates.
- Experience working with source control systems such as GitHub.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across test frameworks and pipelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and product teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for quality-focused engineering practices.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Python and familiarity with PyTest.
- Experience building or troubleshooting GitHub Actions.
- Experience working with Docker-based local development and test environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native applications and modern deployment practices.
- Experience testing AI-driven or data-centric applications.
