We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join Aiimi on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a delivery-focused, hands-on recruitment role, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across the business in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver against agreed SLAs, manage tight turnaround times, and source high-quality candidates across technology and consulting roles.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Partner / Internal Recruiter / In-house Recruiter.
  • Strong experience recruiting within the technology, digital, data or consulting space.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
  • Highly capable in direct sourcing and proactive talent search.
  • Able to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Organised and structured approach, to balance the changing demands and workload.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with hiring for specialist or hard-to-find technical skill sets.
  • Experience working closely with delivery or client-facing teams.

Job Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding handover.
  • Deliver permanent recruitment across a range of technology, data, consulting and corporate roles.
  • Balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a high-demand environment.

Sourcing & Talent Identification

  • Proactively source candidates using effective strategies such as LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-hire and niche skill areas.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding Aiimi’s culture, benefits and job role.
  • Undertake effective screening and interview assessment to measure candidates' suitability against role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Actively manage difficulties in sourcing and proactively implement alternative strategies to ensure success.

SLA-Driven Delivery

  • Work to agreed SLAs, priorities and hiring deadlines.
  • Manage multiple vacancies concurrently with tight turnaround times.
  • Provide clear, regular updates to hiring managers on progress and risks.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Act as the sole recruitment contact for hiring managers.
  • Run effective intake calls and challenge requirements where needed to ensure realistic expectations are set.
  • Coordinate all interviews with hiring managers, ensuring scheduling, feedback collection, and next steps are managed efficiently.
  • Advise on market availability, candidate expectations, and realistic timelines.
  • Sole point of contact for Aiimi’s agency partners on the PSL, liaising with them to source recruitment support for niche and contract roles.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Senior Leadership Team, including progress, risks, and market insight.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Services Director and Sales teams to discuss upcoming requirements, pipeline demand, and candidates registered to Aiimi’s virtual bench.

Process, People & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure recruitment activity is well documented.
  • Support offer processes and handover to onboarding.
  • Work closely alongside the People team to support onboarding of new starters and contribute to wider people-related projects as required.
  • Ensure recruitment activity aligns with internal policies and employment legislation.
