At Aiimi, we’re looking for a Senior UX designer to join our consulting team. You’ll lead user-centred design activity across client engagements, working with stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to shape effective, evidence-based solutions.
This role is suited to someone who can work confidently with external clients, plan and apply a range of research and design methods, communicate design decisions clearly, and help teams deliver accessible, user-centred outcomes in complex environments.
Requirements- Experience working with senior stakeholders in client environments.
- Strong consultative approach, including active listening, constructive challenge, and guiding decisions through influence and empathy.
- Strong ability to use a wide range of user research methods and advise others on their application.
- Experience planning research for complex user needs and journeys.
- Ability to analyse and synthesise research effectively and communicate findings clearly, including to sceptical stakeholders.
- Strong skills in creating wireframes, complex user journeys, and prototypes.
- Ability to explain complex problems and design decisions clearly to stakeholders outside of design.
- Experience facilitating workshops with users, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including building long-term relationships and tailoring communication to different audiences.
- Ability to advise on inclusive and accessible design and ensure designs meet appropriate standards.
- Experience leading and coordinating design work in a team.
- Ability to work in an Agile way, helping teams manage outcomes, priorities, and scope.
- Ability to communicate the value and benefit of UX and UR work clearly to stakeholders.
