Through our Automated Data Governance platform and expert consultants, we help our customers get business value – from national security and critical infrastructure providers to leading global brands and government agencies.

We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract for 12 months.

As Marketing Strategy Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, drive demand, and align with company-wide objectives.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires both analytical thinking and creative instinct.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping go-to-market approaches, owning campaign strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and helping the business position itself effectively across competitive, emerging, and regulated markets.

Requirements

  • Develop and lead the annual and quarterly marketing strategy in line with company goals, sales targets, and market opportunities.
  • Shape messaging and positioning strategies for Aiimi’s services and software.
  • Define audience segmentation, buyer personas, and channel strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build and lead integrated go-to-market strategies for new offerings, campaigns, and vertical-specific propositions.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Services teams to define campaign objectives, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Oversee the strategic planning and rollout of high-impact demand generation campaigns to target our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Set KPIs and success metrics for campaigns, ensuring performance is tracked, analysed, and optimised over time.
  • Use data and insights to refine positioning, channel mix, and messaging based on audience engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to align on lead quality, nurture workflows, and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team (content, digital, design) to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.
  • Support leadership with market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic insights that inform growth priorities.
  • Help ensure Sales and Services teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and collateral to engage target audiences effectively.
